I'm living in Irving since last 35 years and I live many appartment communities since I moved here more than one year ago I am so happy enjoying this beautiful community very friendly staff no maintenance problem even if you have they are phone call away lots of parking available any time you come home I advise to everyone who wants to live in Irving this is the best appartment communities to live.

I relocated from the up and coming popular Arlington because I like peace lol but I'm still not to far from fun. I love the staff here and my apartment has to be the cutiest on site. It's so cozy and close to my work place as well. OMG and the staff here I absoutly LOVVEEEE!! I felt like I was home upon my 1st visit. The ladies were FAST with the application process. If you are looking for a good place for a great price I suggest you come on in. I love it here thanks ladies and guys the maintance staff is nice as well <3

Since new management took over I love getting e-mails about updated information regarding the complex! Things are starting to turn around and looking great! The assistant manager Leah is great! She has great customer service, she is very informative, and is always willing to help out! She is the example of what makes a resident love to call, visit or just drop in and say hi! That really means a whole lot! Excited to see what is next and great improvements here!
